In accordance with the EU Directive on Data Protection 2018 BISRA GaddinAbtGarnish has appointed a Data Controller who will be the only person to receive and securely store personal details of participants of BISRA GaddinAbtGarnish for the sole purpose of promoting and running the BISRA GaddinAbtGarnish event.

    Personal data will be retained for a maximum of 7 years, after which it will be automatically purged unless the participant expressly asks for the data to be retained by the Controller indefinitely or until a later date to be determined by the participant.

     Each entry will now carry an additional section asking the Participant to confirm that communications via email, SMS and telephone are permitted by the Participant.

       The Participant can request that his/her personal details should be removed from the BISRA GaddinAbtGarnish Database at any time by contacting the Controller at                                                        and his/her personal details will be expunged in accordance with the EU Directive on Data Protection 2018.
